Retired Teachers workshop-Assisting your executor
2012-05-23

This workshop is designed to encourage people to talk to their friends and families
about what medical treatment they want to receive or refuse if they are unable to
speak for themselves. The emphasis is on having such conversations and understanding
what the law says about those circumstances.

On September 1st of
2011, new legislation was passed and decisions may be made by people who
would not be your first choice unless prior arrangements have been made.
